PAYMENT

Credit Card:

• 50% deposit upon registration to secure your spot.
• A credit card will be kept on file and the remaining balance will be charged the week of the 5^thclass.

E-transfer:

• 50% deposit upon registration to secure your spot
• The remaining balance must be received by the start of the 2nd class.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Withdraw up to 7 days prior to the beginning of the 1^st class: customer will receive a full refund.

Withdraw 6 days prior to the beginning of the 1^st class & up to the beginning of the 2^nd class: the deposit will not be refunded.

Withdraw after the 2^nd class: the deposit will not be refunded and the customer will be charged the full amount as scheduled.

ABSENCE

Classes rely heavily on group participation therefore, attendance is imperative. Students who miss class directly affect their scene partner(s) ability to participate. Please inform your instructor as far in advance as possible if you need to miss class so the instructor may plan accordingly.  Classes missed will not be refunded.

CANCELLATION

If class is canceled by the studio for any reason, students will be individually notified as soon as possible. A makeup class will be offered.

CELL PHONES 

Cell phones must be placed on silent, not vibrate, if brought to class so as not to disrupt the class.
